  • Vesna’s Cow Cheese 0.30 kg – semi-hard, 3-month maturation; subtle aroma, mild saltiness, supple texture. Everyday hero, delightful with young Malvasia.

  • Rici – extra-hard cow’s cheese aged 12 months, heritage recipe dating back to 1900. Awards: Bronze medal at the 2024 World Cheese Awards (Viseu, Portugal) and 5th & 6th place in the extra-hard cow’s cheese class at the World Championship Cheese Contest (Wisconsin, USA) in 2024 & 2022. Bold, lingering flavour; pairs beautifully with charcuterie and full-bodied reds.

  • Buža 0.18 kg – cow’s cheese studded with olives, 2-month affinage; mild with a faint tang. Serve as an appetizer or sandwich filler alongside crisp whites and Leccino EVOO.

  • Kozlić 0.18 kg – goat cheese, 5 months aged; light white colour, gentle sweetness. Recommended for children and casein-sensitive palates; matches Sauvignon Blanc.

  • Istrian Sheep Cheese 0.15 kg – traditional, 3-month maturation; mild aroma, nut-forward, intense palate. Staple of festive platters; shines with Teran or Istrian Bjelica oil.
