Rici cheese was named after our great-grandfather who is responsible for passing down the traditional recipe dating back to the beginning of 1900. Due to a 12-month ripening period, this hard cow cheese is characterized by a pleasant aroma and flavorsome and lingering taste which works wonders when paired with meat platters and red wine.
The subtle flavor of cow cheese accentuates the black truffle taste, which makes it an excellent choice for truffle lovers.
This cheese is made from whole fat cow milk from local Istrian pastures. Its subtle aroma, mild saltiness and softness give it a unique flavor.
The gold-award winning hard cheese Pegula is a mixture of goat, sheep and cow milk.
Grated cheese is made from aged hard cow cheese which accounts for its pleasant taste.
The whole cow milk with 3,8% of milk fat and a well-rounded flavor is a starting point for all our cow cheeses.
The single-variety oil Leccino is characterized by both grassy and floral aromas, such as green banana, freshly cut grass and pineapple.
