Delivery terms

DELIVERY VIA WEBSHOP SERVICE
Product delivery is possible within the territory of the Republic of Croatia and EU countries.
Generally, after the Seller records the order (no later than 48 hours from receiving the order, provided that this period ends on a business day in the Republic of Croatia; non-working days are not counted), the products will be handed over to the delivery service within 1-2 days. The further delivery deadline depends on the intermediary courier service, which will inform the buyer of the time when the package will be received.
The order will be delivered to the Buyer at the specified delivery address.
The Buyer is required to inspect the shipment upon receipt, report any visible damage directly to the courier, and refuse to accept a damaged shipment. By signing the delivery note and receiving the invoice, the Buyer confirms that the product was received without visible external damage.
If the Buyer refuses to accept the shipment due to confirmed and visible damage to the transport packaging, they must fill out the appropriate form from the delivery service, contact the Seller via email at info@vesna.hr, and state whether they want a repeated delivery or a refund. Upon receipt of the complained shipment and the corresponding form, the Seller undertakes to resend delivery within the next 15 working days, unless it is a product that is no longer available, in which case a refund will be issued.
If the Buyer does not pick up the product or refuses to accept the product without a valid reason, the Seller reserves the right to claim compensation for the costs incurred.

Delivery prices for Croatia and the EU are specified when creating the order, depending on the weight.
