The gold-award winning hard cheese Pegula is a mixture of goat, sheep and cow milk. Nuances of sheep notes prevail; goat milk gives it a special touch and cow milk perfectly binds these two distinctive tastes. It pairs nicely with bold white wines, such as Pinot Gris. Pegula cheese boasts a Gold Award from International Käsiade Cheese Festival in Austria.
It is a mixture of two strong tastes – the nutty flavor of sheep cheese and the refined flavor of black truffle.
The subtle flavor of cow cheese accentuates the black truffle taste, which makes it an excellent choice for truffle lovers.
Istrian sheep cheese is a traditional Istrian product. Its mild aroma and intense taste are characteristic for cheeses of Istrian peninsula.
Grated cheese is made from aged hard cow cheese which accounts for its pleasant taste.
The single-variety oil Leccino is characterized by both grassy and floral aromas, such as green banana, freshly cut grass and pineapple.
Buža olive oil, obtained from the autochthonous Istrian variety of the same name, has a fruity taste with balanced notes of herbs and freshly cut grass.
