Vesna’s sheep’s cheese is a traditional Istrian product. Its mild aroma and intense taste are characteristic for cheeses of Istrian peninsula. Here it is usually paired with prosciutto and is an essential part of cold platters in Istrian weddings and other celebrations. It goes best with Teran wine. However, the combination of our sheep cheese and our pungent Istrian bjelica oil will certainly captivate your taste buds.
Cow cheese with green pepper is a delight for your palate. A 2-month long ripening process creates a soft and consistent texture.

Due to its supple texture and mild saltiness, Vesna’s young cheese pairs perfectly with salty dishes, especially sandwiches.
Grated cheese is made from aged hard cow cheese which accounts for its pleasant taste.
Sheep curd is characterized by a specific aroma and sweet flavour typical for sheep milk.
Blend is a mixture of several olive varieties – Istrian bjelica, buža, leccino, pendolino and picholine. The varieties were carefully chosen to reach a harmony of smell and flavor.
